By submitting the video, you hereby grant WhatIsHipHop.com the right and license to showcase, broadcast and exploit the video.
Also you agree to allow WhatIsHipHop.com to grant sublicenses through third parties to showcase, exploit and duplicate the video through the World Wide Web.
You also agree that WhatIsHipHop.com is not required to make payments to you or anyone else in exercise of the rights granted in this agreement.
By posting a video, you hereby acknowledge that you either created the video yourself or have been authorized from the person or company that created the video to post and allow WhatIsHipHop.com unrestricted rights to the video.
In exercising our rights it shall not constitute an infringement of any copyright, personal or property right of any third party.
If submitting a music video, you acknowledge that you have full permission and license from all copyright holders in the visual and musical works that you submit to WhatIsHipHop.com. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, WhatIsHipHop.com has no obligation to publish or post your video.
We reserve the right to remove at our discretion. You acknowledge that you will indemnify WhatIsHipHop.com its officers and its agents, from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from any breach or alleged breach of any term, warranty of this agreement.
Also you will withdraw WhatIsHipHop.com of any claims of alleged infringement arising from your audio and/or video submission.
PORNOGRAPHIC material will not be tolerated nor allowed for submission.
In general, it is a violation of our Terms and Conditions to use any information obtained from our service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
